Specialised product with all the nutrients an adult cat requires for a well balanced meal in chronic liver disease. It contains more of the protein quality of a high level of protein and is rich in essentials fatty acid.

The ingredients call for selected quality proteins in certain amounts in which the liver is supported in the chronically hepatic insufficient cat.

Reducing meal volume by having a higher energy content leastens intential load and meets the energy requirement for the cat.

Hepatic is an adult cat diet formulated to help cats with liver disorders due to its special formulation. It exists in 2kg and 4kg packs. The kibble also has selected proteins; dehydrated pork protein and hydrolysed poultry liver to help maintain liver functions in the cat. Much less copper is taken because this kind of diet can help minimize the deposition of copper in the liver. Because of its great energy density, meal portion size and gastro intestinal burden is minimized yet the nutritional requirements met. Being a product of the Royal Canin Veterinary Range, this product should only be administered after consultations with the veterinarian.
