PRODUCT DETAILS ROYAL CANIN® Mini Puppy is formulated for small breed puppies only, whereby the nutritional requirements are given special consideration. Accommodating puppies 2 to 10 months and expected adult weight, up to 10 kg, this diet contains Omega-3 fatty acids (including DHA) for the proper development of the brain. It offers the maximum energy as required by growing small breed puppies. Furthermore, the formula contains Vitamin C and E, which were incorporated to strengthen the upcoming immune system. Prebiotics (FOS, MOS and beet pulp) and highly digestible proteins help maintain healthy functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and optimize the breakdown of the feed by the microbial population in the gut. The kibble is sized suitable for small-jawed breeds and is easily choppable, as well as contains a mechanical brushing action to promote oral care. For puppies, when they have grown to 10 months of age, the ROYAL CANIN Mini Adult should be fed and this come in both the biscuit and portioned wet food range.
