Shipping Returns

Petmart offer nationwide shipping in major cities with a return and shipping policy as described follow:

  • If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must have to inform us before the delivery date.
  • No order can be canceled at the doorstep.
  • If the customer has mistakenly placed the wrong item, then replacement charges will apply.
  • Delivery charges will apply for all the major cities as well as in the town.
  • The working day will be counted from the next day if the customer orders after office timings.
  • A damaged item can be returned to the rider on the spot, and no replacement will be made if it is informed after a few days of receiving the parcel.
  • Please notify us of exchanging a sealed bag of dry food within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • If a specific item doesn’t suit your pet for any reason, we won’t return or replace the product.
  • We have added the notes section to prioritize your demand.
  • If a specific color for the product or size is not available for the pets, we will send the available color from the warehouse.
  • Don’t forget to read the policy before any order.
