Product Description

Product Overview
This Large Prong Choke Chain Collar is a heavy-duty metal training collar designed for use with large and strong dogs. Its chain-and-prong construction allows the collar to tighten when tension is applied, helping provide additional handling control during supervised training and walking.

The collar features welded metal links, rounded prongs, and a slip-over design for straightforward fitting. Because prong collars can cause injury if fitted or used incorrectly, proper sizing, placement, and handling are important.

• Attach the leash to the correct control ring.
• Use light, brief leash pressure rather than continuous tension.
• Release pressure immediately once the dog responds.
• Use only during supervised training or walking.
• Remove the collar after the session.

Fitting Guidance

• The collar should sit securely without restricting normal breathing.
• Avoid placing it directly over the throat with continuous pressure.
• The prongs should sit evenly around the neck.
• If the collar hangs too loosely, it may not function correctly.
• If it is too tight, it can cause discomfort or injury.
• For first-time use, fitting guidance from a qualified dog trainer or veterinarian is recommended.
