Functional Nutrition

Digestive Support

The recipe uses easily digestible potatoes instead of grains and combines them with turkey to support digestive comfort and normal intestinal function.

Food Sensitivity Support

A simplified formula based around turkey and potato helps reduce unnecessary ingredient complexity, making it suitable for many food-sensitive dogs.

Skin & Coat Support

Salmon oil, linseed, and sunflower oil provide essential fatty acids that help maintain healthy skin and a glossy coat.

Vitality Support

The formula includes vitamin C and vitamin E to provide antioxidant nutritional support and help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Low-Purine Recipe

MERA describes this recipe as particularly low in purines. Dogs with conditions such as leishmaniasis should still be fed under veterinary guidance because individual nutritional requirements can vary.

Feeding Instructions

These amounts are guidelines and should be adjusted according to your dog’s age, activity level, body condition, environment, and individual requirements.

• Serve dry as a complete daily meal.
• Divide the daily quantity into one or more meals as appropriate.
• Always provide fresh drinking water.
• Adjust portions when giving treats or additional food.

Transitioning to MERA Pure Sensitive

When changing from another food:

• Introduce the new food gradually.
• Mix increasing amounts of MERA Pure Sensitive with the previous food.

• For very sensitive dogs, a slower transition may be preferable.

• Dogs with leishmaniasis, kidney disease, liver disease, or other medical conditions should be assessed individually by a veterinarian.
